Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I accept custom orders for cupcakes and decorated sugar cookies. A minimum quantity of 12 cupcakes or cookies is required for custom ordering. Fill out the order request form, and I’ll provide you with a custom quote. If you I’d like to request an item that is *not* on the menu, fill out the contact form and I’d be happy to see if I can accommodate your request (though not guaranteed).
Do you offer gluten-free?
No, I do not specialize in recipes for gluten-free baked goods.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you’re concerned about a food allergy, I do not recommend buying/consuming my baked goods. My home kitchen is not a wheat, dairy, egg, soy, or nut-free environment. Cross-contamination may be possible, even if the baked goods are not made directly with those ingredients.
Where can I find a list of ingredients?
For a full list of ingredients, go to the menu, select the cupcake flavor you’d like, and click on “additional information”.
How should I store my cupcakes?
Keep the cupcakes at room temperature. I do not suggest refrigerating them because this may dry out the cake.
How long will the cupcakes stay fresh?
The cupcakes have no added preservatives. Therefore, the cupcakes will be freshest on the first day.
Why type of payment(s) do you accept?
I accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, Cashapp, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. I offer delivery via Uber. Delivery fees are separate from the order price. Additionally, delivery prices may vary depending on geographic location and current demand for Uber.
How can I request a refund?
Orders require a 50% upfront deposit. Furthermore, this deposit is nonrefundable. To request a partial refund, submit an order cancellation within 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled pick-up/delivery date. Orders canceled after 72 hours will be charged the full order price – no exceptions.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, fill out the contact form and put “Cancel Order” in the subject line, along with a description detailing the reason for your cancellation. If a refund is issued subsequently, it will be returned to the same method of payment that was used to place the order.
